Shipping policy

Shipping is free within the USA on orders over $50. Our product is 100% legal and we ship domestically all over the United States.
We ship out orders every day Monday - Friday excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2pm EST are shipped next business day. If order is placed before 2:00pm EST will be shipped out same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. Sometimes some orders are shipped out on Saturdays. Most orders will arrive 2-5 business days after purchase, through USPS standard shipping.
This usually does not happen. If this happens you can contact customer support and ask them why.
All of our orders are sent with tracking. If an order gets stuck, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, we will be more than happy to help. Please be sure to contact us if tracking has not updated after 10 days. From here we will call USPS and file a claim for LOSS/THEFT report on your behalf and issue another order for you at no extra charge. Please note that whichever shipping method chosen will be the one that you chose at checkout. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
For overnight packages if tracking has not updated after 1 day you will be issued refund for shipping. If package does not arrive after 3 days a new overnight package will be sent with no additional charge.
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for additional taxes depending on your counties tax laws

Include your name and order number inside the package.
Once we receive the product we will issue a refund of your product minus the shipping costs.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend getting a tracking number with your return shipment.
If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For the bundle packs there are no refunds! We only offer refunds on single bottles.
If there are any issues with your product, email us at contact@shophempemu.com. Be sure to include as much information as possible.
If there are any issues with shipping please email a picture of how you received the product to contact@shophempemu.com.
In the event that you may want a refund or replacement, make sure to keep your product container and do not throw it away, as we can not refund or replace anything that has not been returned to us.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately bundle items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be given store credit in the amount paid. We will e-mail you a return label. Print out and tape to package with name and address inside. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
